Thomas Hollingsworth is the newest member of the HEARTS IN
SERVICE QUARTET, and sings Baritone. He is the older brother of Jeff Hollingsworth, the
lead singer of the group. Tom lives in
Jackson, Ms. with his wife Carol. They have been married 31 years and have 2 sons;
Lucas-27 and Kade-20.
Thomas was raised just south of Jackson in Byram,Ms. where he and Carol attend church at
the First Baptist Church of Byram. They are both very active. He teaches first grade S.S., is a member of the
Choir and Praise Team, audio and fellowship committees and a Deacon.
Thomas got involved singing baritone about 12 years ago in a church quartet and soon felt
led to do more than an occasional singing. The
LORD put together a fine group of guys, (three of them are first cousins), to form the
Born Again Gospel Quartet. They have been singing in many churches and functions in
central and south Ms. for the past 11 years.
Thomas says "I love singing for the LORD and this group of guys really have a desire
to spread the good news of JESUS through song and emotion and it is my prayer that the
LORD will bless this ministry and all who come to worship with us."
